Hi Lisa...I find the humor in that. I live in Cape May, New Jersey but I am not from here. It took me a while to figure out this market so I say "Only in Cape May" alot. I guess when you have an ocean near your house you can charge what you want or in your world, when you have one of the best cities at your fingertips you can charge what you want. Maybe it is an East Coast thing.

That house shouldn't appraise for over $95,000...that's just unbelieveble. Now I've seen it all.
