Hello everyone!
I just needed to ask a question.... is everyone hurting for deals to close or is it just me? It seems like I can't keep a deal together anymore to save my life... It feels like it is getting harder and harder to make money in this business.. Has anyone of thought of just giving up and getting out or real estate all together?
Any input or advice would be great!
